You can close your account at any time, and withdraw your available balance.

Closing your account
Request closure from your account or by emailing concierge@jimmybet.co. We'll settle open bets, return your withdrawable balance to a verified account in your name, and confirm closure.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid only to a verified payment method in your own name. We may complete identity or source-of-funds checks before releasing funds, as required by the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth).
Dormant accounts
If your account is inactive for 12 months we may notify you and deal with any balance in accordance with applicable unclaimed-money law.
